This device does not allow the perpetrator to walk or urinate and MUST be removed by a doctor. If the man tries to remove the device himself, it only latches on tighter and causes more pain. The device is designed to induce intense pain to the perpetrator without actually breaking the skin. Crazy? I don’t think so.
